What you’ll do

• Hunt and research net-new enterprise & government prospects; build hit lists for aerospace, defense, aviation, and climate verticals.
• Craft crisp outbound emails/LinkedIn messages that get replies, then book discovery calls for the CEO/founding Growth lead.
• Track every touch, keep pipeline data squeaky-clean, and surface intel the moment an account shows intent.
• Shadow live demos, take notes, and follow up with tailored one-pagers/executive summaries.
• Jump into special projects—competitive analyses, conference prep, or pilot-program coordination—wherever the revenue bottleneck is today.

What we’re looking for

• Prior scrappy startup, SDR/BDR, or campus-founder experience.
• Relentless curiosity about weather, aerospace, defense, or climate data markets.
• Strong writing chops—can you hook a VP’s attention in three sentences?
• High horsepower + resilience: you’re fine dialing/emailing 50+ prospects daily and iterating until it clicks.
• Available 5 days on-site (SoMA, SF) and up for the occasional field test or balloon launch.
